Lloyd Pierson spends his days doing things like negotiating Major League Baseball contracts, scouting football talent, planning events for the National Basketball Referees Association – and his nights and weekends out on the court coaching youth basketball, playing baseball, tennis, volleyball, or in the stands at a professional sporting event. He loves every minute of it.

Which is why Pierson is so determined to help Perennial Sports and Entertainment’s athletes achieve their own callings. As a PSE vice president, he represents clients involved in professional sports franchises, like the NFL, MLB, and NBA, and works closely with the National Basketball Referees Association.

He is in constant contact – sending game footage and biographies, phoning to get players into team workouts – with the coaches and scouts from all levels of professional athletics, in search of the best fit for his clients. He also deals with endorsements, appearances, licensing, and marketing for them.

“I make sure that every client gets the attention they deserve,” Pierson says. “With athletes, they are passionate about the sports they play. To truly achieve their goals, they need help from someone just as passionate their own work. “

Pierson is a graduate of James Madison University with a B.A. in Political Science. He currently resides in Arlington, VA.
