Kimberly Turner grew up in a family of strong traditions. The family mantra was "Pursue excellence in all that you endeavor.” With this principle in mind, Turner excelled in academics and athletics and accepted a four-year basketball scholarship to Duke University. There she became the team’s captain and leading point guard and led Duke to the doorstep of national prominence.

Fast-forward to the present and Turner still wields the same passion and pursuit of excellence for the sport. However, she now plays a slightly different game, in a slightly different court, but the rules remain the same; visualize your objective; never be outworked; resolve to succeed. As Principal of Perennial Sports and Entertainment, Turner has carved out a special business niche in the competitive sports representation industry by representing Division I, professional football and basketball coaches. She is a certified National Basketball Player Agent.

Turner uses her knowledge to help clients make the most of their careers. She does this by carefully negotiating contracts, and soliciting successful marketing, endorsement and investment opportunities. “My reward is working to put my client in a position to be one of the highest paid coaches in his sport, and simultaneously putting his family on a path to sustainable wealth.”

Match her expertise with an M.B.A. in Sports Management and Juris Doctorate and you have a skilled contract negotiator, knowledgeable in both the law and the game. Her familiarity with professional leagues also comes from working inside them. Turner has worked in the legal departments of the Philadelphia Sixers and the Philadelphia Eagles. A lawyer by training, Turner honed her legal and negotiation skills at the highest level in the private and public sectors. She has served as assistant counsel to the Governor of New Jersey, rendered legal and strategic advice to the New Jersey State Senate, held the positions of vice president and corporate secretary to Fortune 100 companies, and currently sits on various corporate boards. Kimberly’s pursuit of excellence has and continues to produce extraordinary results for her Perennial Sports and Entertainment clients. She is Principal of Perennial Strategy Group and General Counsel, Assistant Treasurer of Perennial Strategy PAC.

Turner is a member of the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and United States Supreme Court bars. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall Law School, her M.B.A. in Sport Management from Temple University and her B.A. from Duke University.
