The Promoter

As the head of Perennial's Marketing Division, Chitta Mallik is responsible for the marketing and promotion of all of Perennial's clients.

He focuses primarily on Perennial’s NFL players, working closely with Senior Advisor Tony Paige on all aspects of athlete representation. Mallik secures, drafts and negotiates endorsement deals, appearance contracts, licensing agreements and a variety of other lucrative deals to help our clients generate revenue and raise their profiles.

Mallik has practiced corporate law for more than 7 years. The combination of his legal expertise and his marketing eye is invaluable for meeting the needs of our clients.

Prior to joining Perennial, Mallik worked for Octagon where he drafted and negotiated endorsement and sponsorship deals, broadcasting agreements, book deals and new media ventures. He also practiced for several years at the law firm of Latham & Watkins, LLP, in Washington, DC. At Latham, he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, public company representation and joint venture deals.

Mallik’s dedication to client service, his reputation as an expert negotiator and his ability to innovate sets him apart from the pack.

Mallik received his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School and his B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland at College Park.
